Elva's got a fun new class this season... join her on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:30 for an hour of exercise designed around the use of a chair for extra stability. Part stretching, part aerobics, this class gives you strengthening AND aerobic activity all in one little hour!
It's fun, it's safe, AND it's good for your body.
(Expect a more muscular workout than in our aqua aerobics classes since you're not bouyant and in the water!)
People in wheelchairs or otherwise disabled are welcome to try this class and see if it can work for them. Remember- anyone can always modify any movement that doesn't work for their body.
No special clothes required! (It's smart to bring a water bottle in case you get thirsty.)
Membership at Creekside (with OR without aquatics access) is required to attend.
