| Swim Party Details: |
- The party room includes use of a full-sized fridge with freezer. Cold drinks, ice cream, ice? No coolers needed!
- Swim parties cost $150 and are only available to members who have access to the Aquatics Center. (Yes, a one-month membership makes you a member!) Therefore, if you aren't a member when you request a party, a one-month membership for your household will be included in the reservation, starting on the date of your party. If you prefer, you can make the reservation for fewer people or a different month-- just let us know. Many parents like to present the one-month membership to the birthday kid as one of their presents! Ask us for a welcome brochure.
- Party times are at set times each week: 12:30-2:30 on Saturdays, 3:00-5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays and 5:30-7:30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can come set up and decorate no more than 15 minutes before your party time begins. Please tape balloons and banners to the marker board and do not put tape on or put holes into the painted walls. Thanks!
- Your party room is private, but the pool is open to the public during your party time.
- Your party reservation covers up to 40 people in the party room and up to 25 swimmers in the pool. If you need more party room space, the west half of the party room can be rented for an additional $100 ($50 per hour). Additional swimmers can be added for another $50 but Aquatics Center preapproval is required, as additional lifeguards may need to be scheduled.
- Adults should accompany children into the aquatics area and the locker rooms to chaperone during party swim time. (Lifeguards are not babysitters, and the pool is open to the public during your party-- please be responsible for your kids.)
- ADULTS ACCOMPANYING YOUNG SWIMMERS: One adult must be in the lap pool for every eight party guests under 8 years of age if the child have not passed our swim test. (Wrist bands are worn in the pool to indicate passage of the swim test and our lifeguards can look up which of your guests have passed.)
