Public Open Swim Hours:  (Memorial Day to August 9th)

Open Swim Daily Rate: $5 per person
Monday-Thursday: 12pm-6pm
Friday: 12pm-8pm*
Saturday: 12pm-6pm
Sunday: 1pm-6pm

*Family Swim Fridays: 5pm to 8pm is just $10 for the whole family! (Family members must live under same roof.)

Private Pool Party Hours:

EVENINGS:
We hold one private pool party nightly after closing Public Swim hours.

Mon.-Thurs. PM: 7:30*-10:30 pm (min. 2 hours; max 3 hours)
* Can start at 6:30 on non-swim-lesson weeks upon request
Friday PM: 8:30pm-10:30pm (2 hours)
Sat. & Sun. PM: 6:30-10:30 pm (min. 2 hours; max 3 hours)

MORNING:
We have one Saturday morning party time slot.
Saturday AM: 9:30am-11:30am (2 hours)

Private Pool Party Pricing (minimum 2 hour reservations):

  • $150 per hour for Less than 50 people in party
  • $225 per hour for 51-100 people in party 
  • $275 per hour for 101-150 people in party 
  • $300 per hour for 151-200 people in party

Pool Rules

Pool Rules

General Rules 
  1. Walk on the pool deck at all times. 
  2. No glass (including tempered glass goggles) allowed in the pool area.
  3. No food & drink permitted in the pools.
  4. No diving in the shallow end of the pool.
  5. Foul or profane language is not permitted.
  6. Behavior towards Harrison Aquatic Staff and other patrons must be respectful.
  7. Swim diapers are required for all diaper-dependent persons.
  8. Children under the age 8 MUST be supervised by someone (16 and older) IN the water within arms reach. 
    1. If child under the age of 8 has passed the deep water swim test, their guardian can be on deck and is not needed in the water.
    2. Birthday/Group Parties: Same rules apply but must maintain a minimum 1 guardian to 10 children ratio IN the water.
  9. Children 12 and under must be supervised by someone (16 and older) in the Pool area but he/she does not need to be in the pool.
    1. Also must pass a swim test before being allowed to use the deep water area. 
    2. If unable to pass they may be in deep end when wearing a life jacket (PFD).
  10. PFD’s (Personal Flotation Devices) must be Coast Guard Approved.
    1. Lifeguards may use their own discretion to determine when a patron needs to wear a life jacket (if demonstrating distressed swimmer signs).
  11. Family Appropriate Swimwear (providing full coverage) is required:
    1. “Cheeky” or Brazilian bottoms (thongs) are not permitted.
    2. Suits should provide full coverage.
  12. Patrons can’t stand or sit on people's shoulders (No chicken fights). 
  13. During open swim hours patrons can use the fitness noodles as long as they are not chewed upon or used to slap water or hit other swimmers.
  14. To dive from the pool from the edge, patron must be out of the diving zone of the diving board and be diving into water that's at least five feet deep. 
  15. Handicap chairs must only be used to aid individuals that need it. 
  16. Kids are not permitted to hang/sit on safety lines during open swim (unless not being used would cause them to become distressed swimmers).
  17. No excessive PDA (Public Displays of Affection).
  18. Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco or drug products are prohibited on all city property.
  19. No Alcohol.
  20. Patrons must follow all lifeguard directives.
  21. Aquatics Management reserves the right to adjust/change/add any rules as needed in the pool area.
  22. Aquatics Management also reserves the right to refuse admittance of an individual or eject the patron from the pool for being inappropriate, unsafe, inebriated, or not following the facility rules and regulations. 
Diving Board Rules  
  1. Only 1 person on the diving board at a time.
  2. Do not adjust the diving board set point.
  3. No gainers. 
  4. No running dives. 
  5. No cartwheels, handstands or hanging off the diving board.
  6. Divers must swim clear of the diving area once in the water to allow for the next person to take their turn.
  7. Make sure the person in front of you is out of the diving area before you dive.
  8. Only 1 bounce on the board allowed per dive.
  9. No one is permitted to “catch” a person going off the board.
  10. No hanging on or under the diving board.
  11. Children with properly fitted life jackets may go off the diving board; however, see #9.
Outdoor Pool Specific Rules

Waterslide Rules

  1. All riders must be at least 48” tall.
  2. Maximum rider weight is 300 pounds.
  3. All riders must ride feet first while lying on their back with arms crossed across their chest. Do not go down the slide head first. Do not sit up while riding the slide. 
  4. Riders must enter the slide in a sitting position and wait for instructions from the lifeguard stationed at the slide starter tub.
  5. Only one rider at a time... absolutely no trains or chains of riders are permitted. 
  6. No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling, or stopping in the flume. Arms and hands must be remain inside the flume at all times. Riders should remain in proper riding positions until forward movement is terminated. At no time should the rider attempt to stand up while on the slide or prior to coming to a complete stop in the splashdown area.    
  7. No tubes, mats, or life jackets are permitted on the waterslide.
  8. No combs or foreign objects are allowed in pockets and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. No cutoff jeans or swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation; only approved swimsuits allowed.   
  9. The line should form next to the lifeguard on main platform; wait for a go-ahead from lifeguard. 
  10. Do not use this slide while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  11. Leave the plunge pool promptly after splashdown.  
  12. Sliders cannot slide down on their bellies or headfirst.
  13. No catching kids at the bottom when they are going down the slide; parents are allowed to wait for their kids at the lifeguard chair next to the slide. 

Weather Policy
Inclement weather policy: Each lightning strike in the area (determined by weather app) will close our pools for 30 minutes.  If the weather forecast makes reopening unlikely, we reserve the right to close the pool for the day.
